1. Definitions
- Agreement: The contract between Jbookme and the User governed by these Terms of Service (TOS).
- Platform: Jbookme's ecosystem including its website, tools, and databases for online bookings.
- User: Any individual or entity that accepts these TOS.
- Website: The official sites at jbookme.com and its subdomains.
- Tools: Widgets, bots, scripts, and software components offered by Jbookme.
- Products: Features or components of the Platform available to Users.
- Personal Account: A private dashboard provided after registration for managing services.
- Client: A third party who uses Tools to book or buy services from the User.
Undefined terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and common industry practice.
2. Agreement and Acceptance
By accessing or using the Platform—including visiting the Website, registering, logging in, or using Products or Tools—you agree to these TOS.
Use of the Platform by a Client does not establish a contractual relationship between the Client and Jbookme.
3. Rights and Ownership
Jbookme grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Platform.
- No reverse engineering or creation of derivative works
- No resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized distribution
- No circumvention of security mechanisms
- No unlawful use of the Platform
All intellectual property rights remain with Jbookme. Use of User trademarks or logos requires prior consent.
4. Use of Platform
Some parts of the Platform are accessible without registration. Use of services requires a Personal Account and accurate information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Restrictions and Availability
Access to the Platform may be restricted based on region or account type. The Platform may not be available in certain jurisdictions.

- No spam, fraud, or impersonation
- No disruption of the Platform's operation
Users are responsible for their use of the Platform and any resulting legal consequences.
6. Notifications

Marketing communications will only be sent with the User's explicit consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
7. Payment and Pricing
The Platform may be offered free of charge or on a paid basis.
Jbookme reserves the right to introduce fees or modify existing pricing at any time.
Any pricing changes will be communicated to Users in advance within a reasonable notice period.
If a User does not agree with the updated pricing, they may stop using the Platform before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Refunds and Termination
Users may terminate their use of the Platform at any time.
Where fees apply, payments are generally non-refundable for periods already used.
For prepaid periods not yet used, refunds may be granted on a pro-rata basis unless otherwise specified.
9. Liability
Jbookme is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Electronic Actions
Actions performed using a User's account credentials are attributed to the User. Users must secure their credentials and report unauthorized use.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of these TOS is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
These TOS are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the User's country of residence remain unaffected.
