For data relating to salon owners, administrators, employees, contract accounts, invoices, support requests, and the use of the JBOOKME platform, JBOOKME is generally the controller.
For personal data of a salon’s end customers, such as name, phone number, booking, service, or appointment, the respective salon is generally the controller. In this case, JBOOKME processes this data as a technical service provider and processor on behalf of the respective salon.
End customers of a salon should also review the privacy policy of the respective salon on its online booking page.

In this context, name, phone number, email address, Telegram chat ID, device or push token, booking data, appointment time, message text, and delivery status may be processed.
Notifications may include, in particular, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment changes, cancellation information, booking-related questions, or review links.
For Telegram notifications, the Telegram chat ID is stored after a user actively starts the connection with the bot. Users can end the connection through an unsubscribe function or by blocking the bot.
